So much catching up to do

Happy(couch,cough) Birthday( cough,cough)

Well, Poor Ryan had a sick mom on his birthday so we didn't get to do anything except watch movies. Actually that is pretty much all we've been able to do since Wednesday. Luckily I had bought his present last week so at least he had a present to open. We didn't even make a cake or sing. Not your typical two year old birthday celebration. So sad! My mom thinks that I have the swine flu. I don't think I have the swine flu, maybe the reg. flu but not swine. Anyways, speaking of being sick, it's medicine time. I hate taking medicine..................Picture will be up of Ryan and Andrew opening up the present. Andrew wanted to help and Ryan didn't mind.

I'm squishing up my baby bumble bee.......

We had gone to a fundraiser breakfast for the Philippians and this bee kept bugging us. Well, it ended up flying into Andrew's shirt and stinging him right near his armpit. We didn't have any baking soda and there wasn't any dirt or mud so my mom asked if she could have some pancake batter( it had baking soda in it) and I put some on it. When it stung him, he grabbed at it and it flew out of his shirt. As we were walking away I killed the bee. Yes, I killed it! Andrew got over it fast but it scared him a bit.

Well, .....

Nope. Still going on. When I went to court, it ended up being a 5-10 min. " What is the status on things?" session. I don't think I really needed to be there for it. So lame. However my lawyer did have the prelimanary hearing papers so it is soon and I'm going to be calling him on Wednesday and faxing over some things. Please Heavenly Father have this be over with before the year ends!!!!

I see the light!!!!

I found out that we have a court date for the 21st of Oct. for our divorce. Hopefully it will be the last thing to final it( I hope). Pray that all goes well for me, please!! Love you all who have been there for me and my boys through all this. :)

Time for a hair cut

Ryan's hair was becoming shaggy so I took him and my great clips coupon for a free cut and went. He did so well! No whining or fussing or anything, just sat there. Afterward he got a sucker and he picked one out for Andrew too(so nice). When we got home mom was working on her cake for work. Ryan looks so much better now. Andrew will be needing a cut soon. It has been three months now.

And the verdict is.................

This week I had a physical done. The doctor got to listening to my heart and listened, listened, had me lay down and listened, listened. Finally she sat me up and said that she heard very clearly a murmur. Asked about any problems with it and told me that she was going to have me do an EKG. So on Monday, I will be doing just that. She continued with the physical and I had my blood drawn for my thyroid to be checked along with other tests( I went back in today to get drawn for my Antiphospholipid syndrome). Well, tests came back for the first draw and come to find out that I had high thyroid levels meaning.......I have Hypothyroidism! I start on meds. tomorrow. I'm so glad to finally know for sure what is wrong with me because my fatigue was getting bad. We'll find out what the EKG says about my heart. Do I sound like I am falling apart at 25 yrs old. YES! But hopefully I will get to a normal state again with the meds I will be taking and whatever needs to happen about my heart. :)

A blessed event

On July 25th 2009, Jenna Engebretsen and Brian Mangelson became Jenna and Brian Mangelson. It was a beautiful day for there wedding. The Reception was great and I got to see old friends. I'm glad I got to go and support her and her family. Love you guys and Good luck in Chicago!

life

This week the boys are gone. I miss them and worry about them. One thing that will hopefully help take my mind off the worry is on Wednesday me and my sisters are going to meet up with my mom and Aunt Kathy( and her family) in Park city. This week is girls week. No Children. No Husbands. Just the Girls of the family. We're making an exception Wednesday afternoon because my Cousin Jeff is in town so he and Uncle Rick are coming up to spend time with those he hasn't seen in forever. I can't wait to go swimming! I need a good swim. Lots of Loves!

Shade

Just want to let everyone know that Shade is having a sale on there swimwear. I got three Tankini tops and a pair of bottoms for the price of one swimsuit and they are modest and cute. Not granny looking either. For some reason it turned and I can't get it to go back.

My brother Jon was in town for the fourth of July weekend. We got together with family, went to the Freedom Festival activities, the Parade in Provo, and watched fire works of Stadium of Fire from the Provo Temple. We even played Guitar Hero and Wii.( the Lunges hurt after a day or two)

UpDaTe

So the weather has been weird. During the day it could go from bright and sunny, 80s then by lunch time drop 10 to 20 degrees and be raining cats and dogs. Finally, it has gotten better where this week we had three days in a row that didn't have rain. The boys finally got to go swimming in there pool. They have been waiting for about a week.
They had fun! So much fun that they crashed right after.



Today was a nice day. It rained later on this evening and I ended up getting video of a full rainbow and the attempts of another on top of it. Gorgeous!

This shirt was puffing up when I sat down. It makes me look like I have rolls or something.Aurgh but it was cute AND FREE!

The day of baby judging, Elmo showed up. The best thing ever. Here's AJ's hair colored. We went to Uncle Alen's classroom to show it off. It was fun to get AJ out of his shell but Thank goodness the color was washable.

Eagle Mountain has there special days week called Pony Express Days and this past weekend they had there parade. My brother Alen and his two oldest girls were in it. Even Cosmo the BYU mascot showed up for the event. AJ loves Cosmo! You can see video of Cosmo on my facebook page. GO BYU!!

March: OK trip to see my brother David
me,David, my sister Tamra, and sister in law Marilyn( Alen's wife) got together for one last time before we had to leave to come back to UT. David is doing great and is a miracle story. His Kidneys as of today are in full function and he no longer has dialysis after like six weeks of it.

April/May: Sometime during lunch right before going out to play in the sprinkler. What cuties!

MAy 25th: AJ and Babyboo both fell asleep on the way to the veterans memorial. We got a family picture at my Dad's grave after they woke up.After spending some time there, everybody who came went to Alen and Marilyn's for dinner and chatting. I love my family
