Pony Express Days Carnival

We had a great time at the carnival. I would say their favorite thing(s) to do there was the Fun Big Slide. Andrew went by himself and Ryan and I went down together( hence the reason why there is no picture). They loved it! And the activity that they liked most was the water shooter game.

A water boat ride....ding, ding!

Rubber ducky, your the one........quack, quack:)

When Ryan saw that there was a water gun as one of the prizes, his eyes lit up and he didn't think twice.

Andrew figuring out how to use the shooter.
Andrew and Ryan both got to play the water shooter game

....and they both won a stuffed puppy!

Ryan with his prizes and the family goldfish( that died abt. 5days later Snickers frightened Lucky Gold to death or he just starved himself)

Last day of Preschool........for now

The girls and Andrew were the one's completing or graduating pre school and moving on to kindergarden. Noah Petersen and Ryan are so excited to start preschool group next school year they wanted to be apart of the group now. I remember Ryan the first day, he was so sad to not be old enough for the group he cried in the van after we dropped off Andrew. Now to get him fully potty trained so he can do preschool group. Andrew has to wait a full year to go to school. He misses the cut off date by 20 days and here in Ut they don't make exceptions since kindergarden is not a required year( never heard of that one before). I called the school to see what I can do to get him tested. I have to register him for kindergarden then they will test him to see if he can be bumped up to first grade. When we read from the scriptures each night( that they are home) he reads two to four verses with little help. I am doing add/sub. with him. He is getting better socially, especially with the neighbor kids and primary class. I'm proud of him and how much he has grown.

He did not want to walk with the others

Waiting for his turn. He is sitting next to Laurel, the girl he likes. About half way through, I noticed he started to write her name on his school work stuff like " to: Laurel from: Andrew". So cute:)

Family pictures

There was a really nice day at the end of may so I asked my mom to take our pictures just at the park around the corner. She took our family pictures and I took the rest with just Andrew and Ryan.

I took a picture of my mom with her grandsons.
