Will I have a date by Friday?

This friday, the Judge and lawyers involved are going to be having a phone conference to set a court date ro finalize things. Yeh!! A step forward............Tally Ho! Forward March! ( and don't look or go back). I didn't think it would be so hard for the courts to pick a date. I guess they don't just do what I do and have a calendar and say yep, this time is opened and pencil it in.
